I'm trying to get a response from you regarding my daughter in laws photos. I have left multiple messages without one call from you. You were paid in full plus additional photos, receiving the diploma and family portrait. We received the basic pkg. However nothing else. In addition going thru the slideshow of graduates receiving their diploma my daughter in law is not in any of the pictures.
This commencement was May 7, 2017 Pasadena Convention Center, Northwest College,

So Sad :( . On this special day, I hired your services for $86.00 dls. for my grad photos. As of today 06/21/2017 i have yet to receive this photos. I have called both of your phones and spoken to you few times already. Conversation ends with a promise of you sending me my pictures.

Is there a better way to communicate with you in order for me to get my pictures, please let me know.
